1.       UniStorage to Door - Posting from Counter UniStorage sent to door-of-receiver (Basic Services);

2.       Door-to-UniStorage - Posting from door of sender sent to Counter UniStorage (Additional Pick-up Surcharge will be charge);

3.       Door-to-Door- Posting from door of sender sent to door of receiver without through Counter UniStorage (Additional Pick-up & Delivery Surcharge will be charge)

Packaging Service              

Can be input the document into envelope or courier plastic flyer;

Standard of Delivery

1. Guaranteed next working day delivery (D+1) within Skynet Worldwide Express coverage areas.

2. No deliveries to all hypermarket warehouse/ receiving department

Outskirt of Delivery Areas (Remote Area)

1. Outskirt Delivery Areas 

2.    Deliveries will be take a 3 or 4 days 

Term & Conditions

1. Starting weight from 0.001 to 0.500 gm. with subsequent 500 gm.

2. All rates quoted are subject to Handling charge, Fuel surcharge and 6% SST

3. Liability Clause - A maximum of RM 100.00 or whichever is lesser based on the cost of items.

4. If the value of the shipment is more than RM 100.00, you are advised to insure it at your own cost. Consequential loss is not claimable.

5. All packages are subject to our Standard Conditions of Carriage.

6. All tracing and tracking inquiries must be made within 14 days of the shipping date. Any discrepancy on delivered shipment must be reported to Skynet (sending branch) within 48 (forty eight) hours from the date the consignment is delivered to the consignee.
